Not great
Classes are good, i like the subjects and my teachers. My peers though are terrible. Constantly saying slurs and barely any teachers do anything about it, quite homophobic and transphobic. Lunches have improved since they started serving the hot lunches fresh and transformed the cafeteria into a wharekai. Very loud and crowded. Basically, the classes and hot lunches are good, pretty much everything else is awful though.
Disgusting
Bathrooms are constantly disgusting, school refuses CHILDREN access to their bathrooms. Bulk of the students are disrespectful. School was horrible when I attended 97 - 2000 nothing has changed. I wouldn't recommend this horrible appalling disgusting school
I recommend.
Great school. People often have misconceptions about this school but it has meant that I have NCEA Level 1,2 and 3 with excellence endorsement, great friends and I am very fit from sports.
