My child enjoys school and is doing well, but the school’s communication and planning are frustratingly outdated.
Important information is often buried in newsletters and provided with minimal notice. Being told a day before an event that a parent may need to take time off work is not reasonable or “well informed.”
Events are also cancelled too easily, sometimes due to light rain, which suggests a lack of contingency planning.
The school would benefit from more modern, proactive communication and better forward planning to support families.
