Like any large school, not every experience has been perfect. We did have some challenges with one Year 2 teacher and found one of the deputy principals to be lacking in professionalism. However, those experiences did not define our time at the school.
What stands out most is the incredible number of dedicated, caring, and professional staff who genuinely put the children first. The teachers and support staff work hard to create a positive learning environment, and we’ve seen our son grow in confidence, knowledge, and independence during his time here.
The school has a wonderful sense of community, offers great opportunities for students, and is filled with people who truly care about helping children succeed.
No school is perfect, but what matters is the overall culture, and St Thomas’s has far more wonderful people than disappointing ones. We are grateful to be part of the school community and would happily recommend St Thomas’s to other families.
