Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Senior School

First of all i was bullied all the time in primary school and the teachers did nothing about it. There was this one specific teacher Whea Helena she was the biggest bully, and sadly she still works there. She would announce to the whole class almost everyday that I was culturally insensitive just because my religion stopped me from doing minor activities. I was only a 8 year old and I had to deal with her for 2 years. Middle school was a waste of time we only ever did cultural dances to the point of exhaustion, we didn't learn anything but dancing and singing. Because of that I was so behind in my learning. In highschool we had done work about racism against polynesian people, but they wouldn't acknowledge the other races. I was bullied for being an asian in that school for years, its still the same my younger brother goes to SEHC and he gets bullied.

the school is horrible i got a knife to my throat from another student, got kicked in my stomach when i was in primary, got named a lot of bad stuff, been called a special case from one of my teacher's, had people judging me no one cared at all about anything that happen and said to just leave it alone and had a teacher physically hurt me on my arm and just made me feel like i was not as important as everyone else in the school, to be honest everyone had shit going on i feel for every one that went thought a lot and still is going thought some fucked up shit and still goes to school. I'm not saying this for myself but for every one that had a big hard time in SEHC schools. That's all i have to say peace out

it was a shit school. your mental health should be considered but it wasnt. many kids are having personal problems but the school has enforced us to be all about education and leave problems for another time. or that if you do have a problem its not theirs to be worried about. some teachers do care , a handful of them do and i personally appreciate those who cared about me. but i stopped going to school for a bit to take some time off for myself because i have physical and mental problems that i need to fix. but teachers at the school (no names) just said it was an excuse.
