Aria's education at Shirley Intermediate last Century
I was a student at Shirley Intermediate last Century ages 11 and 12, 1986 and 1987. I did the high school admission test into Avonside Girls High School and got into very top class.
When I was at Shirley Intermediate, it was academic yet also a lot of activities like athletics, rollerskating and even classes in metalwork, woodwork, sewing and cooking, and music.
My female friends and i used to watch the Shirley Boys High School next to Shirley Intermediate in anticipation we would grow older and as teenagers have our first boyfriend, even a prom.
The uniform was good, saved a lot of money and last Century in Christchurch most schoolchildren rode ten speed bikes to school and for their transport.
My main teacher was Mr Moorfield and he was good at sports and athletics, a youthful teacher with his own small family.
Mrs Collins was an older music teacher, and I wish I'd learnt cello as the school offered this as extracurricular.
School is good for same age students to be together and learn. In Chinese astrology, I'm a Chinese double wood rabbit and people the same age are always similar.
I never had my own children or stepchildren by choice, and am still waiting to meet my 1+1=2 exclusive truest love, a man in Germany this year and marry in my 50s first time.
Education especially University is the best investment is my personal belief and I am now a world ranking University of Auckland Arts graduate in history and media accepted into postgraduate studies in film and screen studies, and NZ DipBus graduate since 1996 with certificate in advanced tourism, travel and business with IATA certificate.
I hope you enjoy me ousting political treachery in the media from England this year, and the upcoming small book about the ordeal.
Education at school is formative and happy educated children become adults eventually.
