Worst school for bullying for all kids! Terrible for my neurodivergent kids, ADHD are labelled bad and autistic kids get ignored/lost in the huge classes. The duty teachers who staff the breaks and lunchtime are useless and my kids are scared all the time they are on breaks with constant injuries and coming home crying my kids are nice kids and haven't had this problem at the other schools,.so unfortunately we are moving house soon because this school is so bad.

BULLYING IS INSANE at rawhiti school, kids are not safe at this school, verbal and physical bullying is left completely unchecked. We thought there might be changes but even worse under the new principal who has zero energy or ability to deescalate children or their whanau, saw her at her starting ceremony and stands at the gate but won't be any good changes in the school from the few interactions I've seen her have with good parents.

There has been broken glass in the sandpit the entire year and kids play in it and get cut. The parking is completely inadequate.
My kids have school hats n Jersey's, swimming togs, goggles, scooters(with locks),shoes, lunchboxes and drink bottles stolen often. And costs us tons to replace these things regularly.

Massive class sizes are not good for neurodivergent kids.

Absolutely worst school in Christchurch for any child with special needs they stand them don rather then put the effort into being a teacher like they did 10 years ago my sons autistic and has been bullied by the teachers for three years being singled out on the daily , Lauren is a four eyes useless cow and Jodie the principal is a condescending upherself pig does give all the kids a fair chance Paul the deputy calls kids the n word and retard has been recorded by parents , IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL BABY DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS SCHOOL they leave bruises on your babies

Absolutely worst school for handling neurodiverse children.
They are not understood and just classed as naughty.
Allowed to walk around the school unattended during class hours with no attempts made to coerse them back in.
Whinging teachers who should be able to deal with children that are different.
Over crowed open plan studio learning that is not often too loud.
If you have a choice NOT to send your child there, then don't.
