Disgusting behavior from the owner and manager. If you value and care about your child's mental and well being.Do not enroll your child here. Smacking children, removing chips from a child's mouth because she didnt argee with what she was give by her mother.As soon as the mother left, she grab the child by her arm, child began to cry and that poor excuse of a human, pushed her fingers into that child's mouth, and processed to scrap the chips out of her mouth, because that thing, didn't agree with the mother giving her child some chips.

We love Pitter Patter and the staff there are amazing. My 3 kids have been thru there. There resources are incredible and the outdoor area is great. We will miss PPEC when we leave! love it. We moved to Feilding from a city and found it very welcoming and friendly. Staff go out of their way for the kids and parents

Both my children attended this centre and it has been amazing. The teachers are friendly and caring and my children loved going somewhere that made them feel at home.

Had a really bad experience with the centre to the point I removed my child as they were being mistreated. Lodged a complaint via the complaints process and also through MOE only to have it pretty much ignored and allegations made up about my child without any documentation or proof that they had occurred. Some teachers were great and there for the right reasons, but others weren’t, including the centre manager who is nothing but a bully to her staff and the children, behind closed doors.

Amazing child care , friendly staff who are always organised. They love the kids they look after that's for sure nothing's too big of an issue and they have made my son feel very welcome. The owner is lovely and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
