Like stepping back in time (in a bad way)

They run this supposedly public school like a private school. So students from the ‘right’ cultural backgrounds, and influential connections, will always be treated better than the ‘others’. This translates to biased investigations whenever any incidents occur. And because of this ‘traditional’ culture there are many entitled kids that cruise around the school bullying ‘other’ kids, knowing they’ll get special treatment and are unlikely to get punished. Whereas any children that come from ‘different’ backgrounds end up taking the brunt of both the entitled kids bullying behaviours and the biased system itself when it fails to protect them. There are a few isolated staff members who recognise the cultural problems at the school and try to protect vulnerable kids, but they’re overshadowed by the clique of adult bullies who hold all the power like tyrants to maintain the school’s ’rich tradition of excellence’.

Not the best !

School is very out dated needs modernising. Lots of toxic masculinity and teachers don’t try and create an environment with kids can shine unless you play Rugby and then it’s all good if you don’t play Rugby good luck to you

Great for sports, ok for academics, bad for arts

Amazing school if you’re into sports, especially rugby. Academics are adequate but it really falls short when it comes to its art department. Drama class is frequently canceled and not available to students due to low numbers and they don’t remedy this you simply have to choose another subject. Would like to see a bit more of the budget go towards arts and academics. However, the staff, teachers and leadership team are all great and genuinely care about student experiences

It’s a all rounder

School is very enjoyable if you play sports like rugby and do subjects like maths, however I believe some teachers are very demanding at times. The senior staff are ok but not the best atm and there’s plenty of different people to surround yourself with

It’s pretty good, the leadership staff has been changing a bit. Not as manny international students so there have been staff cuts. I have good teachers

Not great

The school is pretty old and out of date and most of the teachers are pretty bad.
