As a current Hato Paora student, I can honestly say that this college has definitely shaped my character, changed my dreams and aspirations, but this school does have a lot of secrets and politics, as does other institutions.
The strength of Hato Paora is reliant upon us looking after the legacy left by our ancestors and the old boys of the college. They started it all, and built what we have. Our powers come from them wanting to teach young, Maori Catholic boys.
