Hamilton Christian School

I graduated from there 10+ years ago. It was great when I was there, but it sounds like they're still rather closed-minded about certain things 10+ years later.

Horrible school. Cared more about the length of my eyelashes than the students vaping in the bathrooms, ditching school and they had a horrible fight happen just recently from an ex student. You guys need to sort out you priority’s because if lashes are more important than students vaping, ditching and fighting then this is not a good place to send your kids.

Was a great school in some ways. Some of the teachers there where amazing. (However most of the good ones left). Something they could do better is not have stigma around mental ill health, have it more talked about and accepted. (However though out Christian spaces this is the norm so it’s something to be expected).They didn’t have school counselors until ages…One of my school counselors in year 12 “told me not to feel that way”.My year 13 one was good but it was hard to access her and it was only 30 mins every 2 weeks. One good thing is (They hold on to good Biblical values and don’t dismiss students questioning them. So that’s really good). There’s other stuff a lot of good and not so good things. ( However due to privacy of my self and others I won’t speak on them). No school is perfect so. It is what it is.

It’s alright. Some teachers good, some not. There’s a teacher with a masters degree that’s cool. It’s Christian, but we are pretty homophobic.
