DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO FICINO ( I am much better of at MAGS)
This school on the outside seems to be a high preforming private school. It is not.
My first problem is the teachers as a graduate the teachers were not worth the 20,000 (est) you pay a year. They will teach with the same skill and passion at any good public school. The teachers there did not build me a strong foundation, I graduated with an 85 % percent average across all my subjects, this did not stay in my high school. My grades dropped despite me doing 2.5 hours a day of proper study. To get on top of my grade I needed to learn 90 % percent of what of I was taught as it was wrong or confusing.
The lack of attention around bullying an racism is so low. In fact some of the teachers encourage it. Some of the people I was around dropped loads of n***** bombs and racial slurs every single hour. There was hate against the LGBQT+ community from both the teachers and the students. With comments like there is no 'they' that is all fake, from a teacher. Some people may argue that this happens in every school. It does but in a class of 15 people with 3 teachers clearly hearing words and actions from students, it is hard not to notice.
Finally the lack of care around your sons/daughters education. There was people all around me playing 'fortnite' and 'roblox' on the schools chromebooks for the whole day with out the teacher noticing and caring. One time my teacher did notice and he just ignored it and said I cant be bothered into filing a report.
In the end I do not recommend sending your children to Ficino it is a waste of time and money. In this school you get called thick and a g*y little p*g by students and receive no attention from the teachers.
