Highly recommend
All the teachers are warm and welcoming. They are not only great with my son, but they genuinely care about me as the parent. The center is beautifully layed out and always has something engaging for the kids. The interactions betweens the kids/parents/teachers make us feel a part of the best start family.

Avoid this place
We had a terrible experience at Havelock North Best Start and decided to pull both our children out after the first year. The teachers were unmotivated to do a good job and we witnessed a couple of occasions where the younger parents were bullied and talked to incredibly rudely by the staff - especially by the head teacher. There are a lot of other, much better, early childcare options in Havelock North.
