Auckland Normal Intermediate

Dont know how to write about so bad by using nice language but my son was never happy and felt he was singled out like a few others and not treated well by a teacher who was picking favourites. He didn’t learn a thing there and ultimately we decided to put him in a private school where teachers actually care and there is real education provided. I guess this school especially enrols out of school kids for just donations

I was at ANI these past 2 years and it was an amazing experience, we had so many fun adventures like camp, highschool experience day, productions, cultural festivals, amazing race and many more, you can participate in so many things and the teachers are so friendly and kind. Even if your struggling. Just ask one of the teachers and they will help you understand. SPEC is one of the exciting days of the week where we get to experience 4 different subjects (Hard Tech, Food Tech, P.E and Spanish or French depending if your year 7 or 8). I totally recommend this school and some student can be mean but if you find your right group of students, you will have a fantastic 2 years at ANI, in 2020 recently the school hall got burnt down so they rebuilt it and now it's amazing even with a whole tuck shop for the students! This school really cares about their students and their learning experience! Please come to this awesome school!!!

The school does not deserve the Rainbow Tick. The students are homophobic and they are proud of it. Ms.S loves targeting innocent people, calling their parents and blaming student for things they didn't do. I am in the school right now and I'm just waiting to be released

I was helping my friend do something then the teacher shouted why did you break the device I didn’t the device was supposed to be foldable the teacher did not care and fined me and my friend the device was literally touch screen

Auckland Normal intermediate isn't even normal why bother calling it that? Some of the students there really need a hiding. Some students are toxic while others are very nice, but it depends on who it is. Some education there is bad, but it also depends on who your teacher is. My year 8 teacher was perfect and helped me a lot while my year 7 teacher was not much. I feel like the people that organises activities etc that include money are hungry for it. Some teachers explained that the money goes towards equipment and other stuff but it doesn't look like it. I feel like they spend the money on other stuff instead of our education or paying the staff that work there. Even one of my teachers said that they don't get paid much. Other than that I enjoyed this school and it was alright it was just some students and education.

ANI Ani is a not too bad school, there are teachers there who challenge you and try to make you thrive it just depends on your attitude towards learning, one thing I noticed about ANI is that you will have at least one year with a bad teacher, last year I had a poor teacher who was kind to only a few students and mean and moody towards others this year my teacher is fun a tad strict but most importantly cares about or grades and learning she tries to help us out as much as she can. However intermediate school is more about preparing us for high school righ? well I dont think they are doing that.

THIS IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER DON'T BE FOOLED FOR THIS SCHOOL MAKES YOU DUMB AND LET YOU LOSE BRAIN CELLS I HAVE BEEN THERE 1 YEAR AGO AND THEY DON'T TEACH YOU ANYTHING BUT JUST SUCKS THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET AND WASTE YOUR KID'S TIME ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SCHOOL, TAKE THEM TO A PRIVATE SCHOOL INSTEAD AND DON'T SEND YOUR KID'S THERE!

The old principle let her nephew work at her school knowing he has a criminal record.Thanks to her two girls got raped and overall just not a school that is good for learning.

This school is an absolute hell, they don't have normal students instead they have monkey chabby kids all around. they teachers do not teach earth knowledge and they dont give a damn if you are dating/vaping/eating or clogging the toilet. which made it smell worse than shrek's hut. the school grounds are dirtier than the public toilet. kids grow in a racist environment and forced to become racist with the bully, so they can defend themselves. kids are racist, sexiest and mean in all ways. and the principle only cares about profit and the school reviews, so they rates their school 5 star on platforms like google maps and this one. honestly dont know whats wrong with this school but a cafe took about 1 year or more to build. now the basketball court is even smaller. my two years at this school was terrible, worst school i was ever in before, kids roast eachother on the ceilings just to look cool, kids dating in the musty crusty toilet and breaking up within 1 minute. even had rapist working in the school.

A great school. Everyone was extremely supportive and encouraged me to aim high. Lots of students just wanted to cruise but they instilled a great work ethic in me.

School is pretty garbage honestly. Taught me nothing and had to personally study to get on top with subjects throughout other parts of my education. School doesn’t care about its students and successes unless it shines more light on the school. The music program and everything about it is also pointless and many successes I had through my years at this school became unnoticed. Prizes given out to students who don’t really deserve it and are chose based on favouritism of teachers. Overall probably the worst school I have attended throughout it my education and if I could go back in time would never go again.

It is a pretty racist school and does not care about the students. I have spent ages helping the school and received no credit; the only people who get awards are those who pay huge donations. It has an IB-inspired learning theme which means spending hours doing pointless tasks and getting bored, and everything is linked to IB. If used properly, IB is a great system, but ANI has some pre-IB stuff that does not help you learn. They spend so much money trying to make the school look good for new students that they don't give a damn about what is happening inside the school.

I'm gonna burn this place down if crime ever becomes legal within the next 3 months. Currently in Year 8, the principal is an uncultured swine who is racist and the most idiotic woman to ever exist, and is the human equivalent of an unsalted pretzel. Students literally smoke and vape. The teachers are okay, most of them generally are fair but they will teach you material from when I still ate the poop out of my butt crack, and make you do tests with stuff that you would generally assume to have originated from another planet. The indoor and outdoor facilities are not so bad, but bullying is a huge problem. The school won't give two damns if a student is being harassed, as long as it doesn't tarnish its reputation. Within the first 5 weeks of 2022, I was told to go back to Asia and stop eating cats and dogs. Oh, and lets not forget that the principal willingly hired a rapist to work here.
