I left this school after a number of years due to multiple reasons, the main ones being a decline in facility quality and academic provision, loss of teachers, and mishandling by senior staff of a sensitive situation that resulted in further problems.

Having no phones is stupid, when other Cambridge schools allow for phones outside of class. Not being able to have the free will to text a parent or friend. Organise a weekend, use social media to find a friend around school. As well as this I know from experience of standing outside in the hallways in the freezing cold in the middle of winter, why is it that on a rainy, cold day in winter when the canteen is full, we aren’t allowed in the classrooms at lunch and intervals? Simple rule is if people leave the room messy then they aren’t allowed in them again. Have allocated rooms for each year group in every few classes so u are aware of which years are not leaving the room the way they found it. This worked in a school of 2000+ People so why can’t it work at an academic school? It really reflects the life skills of your students if you can’t even trust to leave them in a classroom at lunch instead of freezing outside because the canteen isn’t big enough for everyone.
