I hated my time at this school. Throughout year 9 my class was horrific and despite asking multiple times they refused to move me into another class because I needed to "balance out the class". They kept moving the students with behavioral issues into my class and multiple times I had my teachers run out of the room crying.
Over 3-4 years both my friends and I were consistently harassed by another student both online and in person. The staff told us we were handling it maturely barely helped us.
After I received a diagnosis my teachers treated me like I was subhuman and didn't follow any suggested accommodations or try to understand what might help me. This was even after being one of the top students in some of my classes for multiple years. I even had teachers baby talk to me.
There has been so many instances of staff breaching confidentiality where because they trusted my they disclosed other students medical records and family history. Even telling me the types of medication that other students may be taking.
This school has absolutely terrible communication and organization. I loved the art and music departments and did make some good memories here however it has caused me so much anxiety and stress that some good memories can't balance it out.
The first few years were great but after a while the teachers literally bullied me out if the school. I had to drop out because of the way one of the English teachers treated me, even when I vtold her I was leaving she just frowned at me and turned away. I'm sure it's just because I'm gay because she's said some questionable things before. Not to mention my math teacher literally screaming at me for doing things my straight friend was doing and getting away with. The teachers only treat you well if you're white, cisgender and straight, with the acception of a few of the great teachers (shout out to Miss Sinclair, Miss Glass, Miss Sanders and Miss Swanson). I don't recommend this school if you're different in anyway.
